Hi! I’m Jill – a commissioned, background-checked, and insured California mobile notary based in Escondido, serving North County San Diego and surrounding communities.

Before becoming a notary, I spent 24 years working in Human Resources and Payroll, where accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication were essential every day. That experience naturally carried over into my notary work and continues to shape the way I serve my clients.

As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA), I regularly assist with trust and estate signings, including mail-away trust packages, estate planning company packages and attorney-supported appointments. I also provide a wide range of general notarizations, from everyday documents to more specialized signings in senior citizen communities, hospitals and care facilities - always with care and professionalism.

I understand that notarizations often happen during important – and sometimes stressful moments. My goal is to provide a calm, organized, and supportive experience so clients feel confident and at ease throughout the process. In addition, I offer Certified Translation Services through my partnership with Idiomatic, helping to ensure clarity and accessibility when language support is needed.
